The cultural & political virus we have, makes Corona seem a minor cold by comparison They will continue restrictions to coerce vaccination. When eradication inevitably fails & cases rise in winter, they will likely impose new lockdowns, or harden the ones they never lifted.
This cycle can continue until the economic destruction is so great, that it destabilises their hold on power; or until they are thoroughly discredited despite powerful & unrelenting state propaganda. The point is, containment has to be ended. It won‘t just end.
