Note that they also recommend frantic ventilation of indoor spaces, even in winter, to disperse aerosols. So you're supposed to open the windows, to bring a bit of outdoors inside, but spending time outside is another story.

The great state of Ontario is entering another month long lockdown. Chief cause of concern? Public health capacity. Right now ~400 ppl in ICU & ~1000 hospitalised. Out of a pop of 6M+ And they are forcing healthy people, which is the _entire_ rest of the pop, to stay in.
