Does she mean on reducing hospitalisation numbers? In any case, it still makes no sense, because the number of vaccines are finite, as are the people already infected on any given day. There won't be an immediate influence +/- to either number. My 12yo could figure this out

Hospitals are fine right now, so I don‘t think that‘s the meaning. She goes on to say that we need to have low case numbers so that the vaccines work as quickly as possible. The whole thing is just baffling to me.
