what is more, of the 44 "reinfections" in the seropositive cohort, only 2 were "probable" and the rest were merely "possible" reinfections

Did you actually read it? The question was they were antibody +ve (how you get antibodies from a false +ve). As no testing in March April the question was that no PCR available in March April (500 tests a day) - it would be great to have a full sequence on both.
