These accounts were demanding crazy things like 24-month lockdowns, curfews, lying about the efficacy of the vaccines, on and on. Let's imagine who might have an interest in doing that.

It's fairly clear China propaganda accounts were involved across social media agitating for lockdowns during 1st wave, so it's not unreasonable to think this is just more of the same.
