Yup. After the Hopwood case, the top 10% policy was the solution. I support it but more needs to change.

I grew up in TX. This is all so real -- STILL. Nothing has changed.

I forgot you grew up in TX! :) And even in schools that are "diverse," the way students are tracked is hugely problematic.
