    This. Good marriages/relationships can take many forms; and heterosexual marriage is not always good or safe, and certainly isn’t the only (or best) place for a healthy childhood. The needs to do better at acknowledging and celebrating difference - and love.

    Spent a week learning about marriage on a TSW (excellent). Then the Bishop's pastoral statement arrived stating that children who belong to a family which falls outside of heterosexual marriage are only a bit better off than being in longterm care. Then the Nicky
