Good on her for understanding what she wants from a job. There are plenty of "lucrative" jobs I've turned down for my own quality of life. Not sure why this deserved a call out tweet, wasn't your job offer to regret.
I have an ex-girlfriend who turned down a job to work on animatics for the first Iron Man movie because she was uncomfortable with the responsibility. Fast forward to today and that film created an enterprise.
