I should go to sleep, but my son was really a cute kid. And he's a cool adult too. And a good boyfriend.

I told him weird was a superpower and those kids didn't have it. Or a Luchador mask.

My daughter had trained me to let him do his own thing and I did. But in middle school when he made a Luchador mask out of cardboard and wore it to school some kids called him weird.

Also in pre K when I'd pick him up they'd tell me girls had been chasing him for 20 minutes.

Or how in preschool he had a period where he had to wear his Blues Clues Steve shirt and his Dora the Explorer backpack every day.

Like how in preK he used to wear collared shirts exclusively because he liked neckties. By first grade he could tie his own.

Today I spoke my Orange County love language by driving my son's girlfriend to the airport at rush hour . 40 minutes of a captive audience who wanted to hear funny stories from when my son was little.

That means everyone got sick at once, but most people who catch it are just going to have a bad chest cold and be fine after and then they will have antibodies to it.

The new Coronavirus isn't more deadly than other upper respiratory viruses we know and hate (many of which are also coronaviruses). It just isn't recognized by the antibodies we have already so we are more likely to catch it.
