Can i see the reentry from yhe eastern Himalayas?

Currently no prediction of the ground track - only that due to spacecraft's orbital inclination the final impact point can be anywhere on Earth between 42.8 degrees North and 42.8 degrees South in latitude. Who is allowed to keep parts (if any remain) of
#Tiangong1 after reentry? Is there a global act anyone has to give any parts back to China? If any damage/cost/injury/death happens, does China have to pay for this? - Show replies

It would be interesting to know the reason for such a high level of uncertainty in the trajectory and landing site. Seems like it should be fairly straightforward, especially with the computing and simulation power available.

We've got a blog post all about that...http://blogs.esa.int/rocketscience/2018/03/28/why-its-tough-to-predict-reentries/ …
