OK, I’ll bite. What is the “root cause” of depression?https://twitter.com/RangeayM/status/1305503550017925121 …
I’d sign up quickly for a safe intervention with this much potential. Problem no Doctor is aware of the potential benefits of Low Carb / Keto. Actually most probably think it’s a bit dangerous.pic.twitter.com/TYzYkoB0j4

No, most doctors think that keto proponents go way overboard in promoting it as a cure-all when the evidence is far weaker than what they claim or even nonexistent.

Evidence for T2D is > 20 years old now. Seizures maybe a 100 years. Plenty of evidence happily ignored by standard of care Doctors. If you watch this let me know if you claim evidence for Keto in T2D is 'weak" tldr? It's not.https://youtu.be/D4odBoZYyaw

One sure fire way to spot a con is when proponents claim it cures long lists of unrelated conditions.pic.twitter.com/58DO60ZpRW

Any treatment claiming to deal with that many conditions is highly suspicious. Cure alls are typical quack material. Not convinced by the safety claim either.

U Chigago Medicine doesn't think it is safe "The keto diet could cause low blood pressure, kidney stones, constipation, nutrient deficiencies and an increased risk of heart disease. Strict diets like keto could also cause social isolation or disordered eating."
