Let me harp on Scott's fallacy here in particular b/c it plagues even a lot of good-faith analysis I've seen of 2020. The US voting population has grown by more than 25 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 since Nov 2008. Also, Scott apparently lives in a bubble, because if he hung out with some city liberals and suburban moderates, he would know their hate of Trump and desire to vote Trump out was an obviously huge motivation, regardless of their lack of enthusiasm for Biden.
