Can anyone tell me why @WarbyParker does make it easier to reorder glasses? I've bought at least 10 pairs at this point, and every time I lose a pair and want to reorder, I need to talk with an associate--as if I'm doing it for the first time. Is there a rationale for that?
This was great fun, Graham. Let's do it again soon.

This is such a thoughtful interview of someone I admire deeply as a media entrepreneur. has been through the trenches and lived to talk about it. Well worth the listen.

In this podcast with @rafat, I dissect a conversation he had with his team six years ago that led to the turnaround of @skift, changed the company's culture forever, and allowed it to become the "Bloomberg of Travel," as it's referred to today

Some counties have surpluses of vaccines because so few people want to take them.
That’s how you’ll continue to have outbreaks long after the rest of the country has reached herd immunity.

Right now, the Ohio county with the highest incidence of COVID-19 is Clark County.
One of Clark County's state representatives is Republican Bill Dean, quoted in today's @daytondailynews as saying: "I don't trust the vaccine. Basically, the whole COVID thing is bogus." twitter.com/bubbaprog/stat…

New Pandemic Research Explains How to Flourish in Difficult Times
Our many vaccines all report impressive numbers against severe outcomes even with the variants, and dithering over what is at best an incomplete understanding of their differences when the alternative—non-vaccination—is obviously so much worse MAKES NO SENSE.
