1/ There are a number of businesses that would be fun to support but don’t get the chance because they’re not (+ shouldn’t) be venture backable. Most community businesses, in fact. Here are some of those cos/communities/movements I want to exist or be more popular than they are.
2/ Communities/Companies that help ppl be more fit. Ideas: - Communities like The November Project https://november-project.com/ - More accessible versions of Barry’s Bootcamp. - AA-like communities for weight loss. - Fit Club—Instead of drinking @ the club, work out @ the club.
3/ Companies/Communities that help people have better relationship with others: - School of Relationships, modeled after School of Life. - Helping ppl get through breakups (https://heartbreaktoharmony.com/ ) - Experiences where ppl who have conflict/tension can easily get mediated help.
4/ Communities that help people be more at peace with themselves:

6/ Experiments with education curriculums & talent identification: - More iterations on Thiel 20 under 20 & Pioneer--Identify young people early and give them resources & access - Have more involvement between startups/companies and HS students. - Homeschooling best practices
7/ Communities promoting a love of reading and bringing people together via books.
