It was a special treat to engage in a fireside chat with THE Adam Grant in the Wharton School's Authors at Wharton Program. Adam was phenomenal, and he made it a GREAT and FUN experience!
How inspiring to see our community come together for President Magill's inauguration, which showcased the best of and Philadelphia. Celebrations like these remind me of the breadth and depth of knowledge Penn houses – and, in turn, the positive impact we can all make.

The other word that describes my feelings is cathartic. Having recently led schools through an unprecedented crisis, we were challenged to walk the talk of decades of research. I hope the book lives up to its name and prepares you, your team & your organization for crises ahead.

Though 27% women in the top 1,000 exec jobs still falls short of parity, it is a sign of progress. Kudos to Prof. Peter Cappelli and other researchers at  &  who pored over 40 years of data to rigorously quantify trends in the C-suite. Graphic source:
