Not a fan of how much my current medication knocks me out for (I've only been awake for 30 mins today) which makes every weekday an actual nightmare either feeling incredibly groggy/dizzy or anxious that I've overslept through multiple alarms... which happens constantly.

I don't know what the solution is but my body requires a stupid amount of sleep. Some days I'll go 6 hours to 14 the next day. It's all wonky and I wish that I could get on a proper schedule but I've been like this my whole life (and the meds just make it worse).

Also sucks that I don't even have mornings during weekends anymore since I always wake up in the afternoon which just makes my weekends that much shorter. No wonder I'm an anxious mess!!
