Can you launch this after there's an existing Chrome/Edge session happening and capture that traffic too?

Yes, you can start the capture whenever you like; b/c connections are reused, if you start capture "in the middle," you might miss something interesting from connection startup. But the real reason to "start clean" is to avoid having gazillions of unrelated events in the log.

I've got general permission to do so, but haven't had the chance to do the typey-typey. Would be helpful to understand more about the POST bodies that would've helped; for performance reasons, I'm inclined to omit file upload bodies and the like.
