I signed into gmail. I then told Chrome to clear all site data. Afterwards, Chrome reports I am still signed into 2 sites. I then told Chrome to completely reset itself to default settings (which also clears site data). Afterwards, I am still signed into 2 sites. That's scary.

So, should we understand that this isn't an intentional behavior? Should those Google cookies be gone? or not? Are we talking about a bug or a feature specifically designed for logged-in Google users?
