    Last year I taught a very popular mini class called "How to Quit" where I taught/coached people early in their careers how to be a 'successful quitter' (where you are happier after switching jobs. We found these people had 'career inflection points'.

    Writing is a process of connecting seemingly unconnected things. Our brains are really good at this — even doing it when we don’t recognize it. If you are writing anything of substance, write down everything that inspires you even if you don’t know why. Your brain knows why.
