The biggest absurdity of all this is setting rules one week before people vote. Now people planning on voting by mail may have to scramble to make sure they have the time to vote on election day. So irresponsible.

It doesn’t matter how ridiculous his reasoning is, only how many other justices will support halting vote counts on Nov 3. Legal logic, precedent, none of this has anything to do with how Kavanaugh and others will vote. They are now the legal instruments of authoritarianism.

Remember he said spitefully during the hearings, “What goes around, comes around.” He’s unworthy of his seat on the highest court and will continue to abuse his power. Win the WH and Senate back overwhelmingly, expand the court and make Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and ACB irrelevant.
