    Critical point: GOP-led Senate just adjourned until Tuesday afternoon, Dem-led House adjourned till Tuesday evening. Earliest chance of partial shutdown ending would be Wednesday, That will be Day 19 of - surpassing 16-day shutdown in 2013.
