Six of these were on the list of 48 that were the subject of a recent whistleblower investigation, which found that the mayor's office improperly withheld or deleted texts from the mayor herself.

I just emailed the city ethics department to see if I could file a complaint about this, they said i couldn’t but could contact the State atty general’s ombudsman about the state records law. You should try! atg.wa.gov/open-governmen
