So you’re saying that because issues of note are continually and repeatedly reported that they be taken with a grain of salt. And not taken seriously? Does that apply for all issues?

I wonder why so many cops leave SPD year after year complaining of the same issues in “blistering” terms. Could they have valid complaints? How does their turnover compare to other cities in the region?

Yes, they are consistent because the city council and mayor are consistently keeping cops from doing their jobs. No grain of salt needed.
