BOTH parties joined President Biden Biden to BLOCK a rail strike and force the workers back to work with NO paid sick time. The whole time, Union Pacific was spending more on stock buybacks than workers. Is that "an economy that works for workers?"🤔

“Spending billions on a flat tax isn’t a workforce plan or an economic development plan." is right. A flat tax is an excuse to nickel-and-dime working people while giving millionaires and billionaires a tax cut.

“The question no one is asking in the Democratic community is: Is private equity the best place for this data? Are they vulnerable to these types of cuts with no rhyme or reason? How does this affect the infrastructure?”

There's nothing "America First" about slashing hard-earned benefits for seniors.

Medicare & Social Security are non-negotiable. Americans work hard & contribute to these programs with every paycheck. Republicans raised the debt ceiling 3x under Trump. Risking default or robbing seniors of hard earned benefits are not options. washingtonpost.com/us-policy/2023

Biden pushed Social Security cuts. He spent many years touting himself as a courageous Dem who'd cut a deal with the GOP for "entitlement reform" (Orwellian phrase). He's promised he won't do the same as president. We're about to see if that's true.

I saved for months for that concert in the height of the pandemic and this experience genuinely made me not buy tickets to numerous concerts because I know there’s literally no penalty if it doesn’t happen. This crap is hurting artists too.

Fun fact I still haven't gotten a refund from the time the Justin Bieber concert was cancelled in Milwaukee and I don't get one until he SCHEDULES A NEW CONCERT so is allowed to just literally hold my money ransom til he's on tour. Most efficient system on earth?

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. While I agree with Trump on virtually nothing, he is right to say: “Under no circumstances should Republicans vote to cut a single penny from Medicare or Social Security.” Let's raise taxes on billionaires, not cut retirement benefits.

Being an American is such an embarrassment. France considered changing the age of retirement from 62 to 64 and they got a MILLION workers organized. Retirement age in the US is 67 🙂

Miss me with your "GAS STOVE" hysteria cuz the Iowa GOP is literally trying to ban poor people from eating fresh meat and American cheese. Not kidding.

The GOP just proposed new restrictions on the types of food eligible for purchase with SNAP benefits, putting even more pressure on families with children. In addition, they would aim to keep families with more than one vehicle from receiving help. 👎

The GOP war on workers continues just across the Mississippi River. The "PARTY OF FREEDOM🇺🇸🦅" is telling low-income families they can't have...*checks notes*...sliced cheese or fresh meat. What part of late stage capitalism is it when meat and American cheese is a luxury?

Here's the GOP Governor of Florida trying to create a state database of queer people for I'm sure no reason whatsoever. 🙄 Next time you're paying your rent/mortgage, heat, or groceries, remember that Ron DeSantis is TIRELESSLY FIGHTING...queer people. Out of touch as HELL.

Us: The Supreme Court should be unbought, unbossed! Scott Walker: THIS IS AN UNPRECEDENTED CRISIS TO MY LEGACY

Right wing operatives are freaking out that FAIR MAPS are going to take away their undemocratic supermajority. That’s right. When elections are fair, THEY MIGHT LOSE! Let’s keep the tears of hypocrisy coming… #WIPolitics #SCOWIS

The stakes in this spring’s #SCOWIS election could not be higher. The left is making it clear - every major conservative reform (enacted by the LEGISLATURE) will be on the chopping block. The proper role of the judiciary be damned… twitter.com/OurWisconsinRe…

Nice try Scott. Your party took policy decisions out of the hands of Wisconsinites when you let politicians choose their voters, not the other way around. Gerrymandering is a crisis of democracy. We’re not taking it anymore. #WIPolitics
