    On Jan 27th of 2020 American women achieved full under law with the ratification of ERA. On Jan 27th of 2021 it will be published, & the will become the 28th to the US Constitution. Thank you for your support – we are so close!

    This morning, rather than expediting the historic ERA case filed by Equal Means Equal to protect the ERA, SCOTUS sent our case down to the appellate court. EME will file its written argument with the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by the end of the year

    Despite the health situation, EME believes that pressing the to take the ERA case & treat it with exigency is an urgent matter. Nothing is more urgent or important to women as a class than obtaining a ruling from the highest court in the land
