    The weak do not deserve to suffer at the hands of the strong. Families don’t deserve to be displaced and innocent lives don’t deserve to be lost. The consequences will be real, brutal and horrific for the people of Ukraine. We should understand this more intimately than the rest.

    To my fellow Palestinians, I know it’s frustrating to see solidarity on a global scale that we we never had for our people but we need to rise above our feelings of injustice and stand defiant in the face of more shameless imperialism, even if all we have to give are our words.
