My $100 mouse that is still under warranty stopped working and this is the form I have to fill out (and provide video evidence) in order for them to even address the issue

I've had nothing but trouble with Razer products. Too many broken peripherals or swollen batteries for me to ever buy anything of theirs again.

Yeah I like Logitech mice alot. I have a g502 and g602 that have both been kicking for years. I also tried the MX Vertical for a while and while the mouse itself was solid, I just didn't lend up liking that style of mouse.

It's a godsend for my GF though because she'd put too much strain on her arm with a regular mouse, I think that's probably the intended main market. Those who actually need it that way
