The blue PCB is a multiplexer, which basically allows me to expand the I/O capabilities of the Arduino Leonardo that it’s mounted to. It effectively gives the controller a 3 x 16 pin set, split into 2 digital inputs for the buttons and 1 digital out for the LEDs -
2 x 16 = 32 ins and 1 x 16 = 16 outs, that is
