Daylight savings time is unnatural, unhealthy and it needs to go. #daylightsavings
I want it to stay, but not go away in November, so I can have more sunlight all year round.

Either one we choose to use will be fine for our health in the long run if we stick to it because both are man made anyways. What is unhealthy is to continually keep changing time systems and moving the clock forward and backward.
