"Create a single region with name and tail length from selected items" on Reapack. Based on spk77's script that creates a region w/ tail length for a single item, which is not how I design and render layers. Mordi's script forces the folder name and color on the region.
I use this to avoid extending region lengths, after creating them, on content w/ reverb that extends beyond the selected items. I'll still listen to adjust, and trim in SoundForge. Hopefully this simple script is helpful. If this exists already, sorry! Reapack = convenient!
