    Preserved and mainline certified Class 20 diesel LT8 / 20227 ‘Sherlock Holmes'. The locos maroon LT livery replicates the Metropolitan Vickers Bo-Bo electric locomotive of the same name which operated on the London Underground until 1962. – paikassa North Weald Station (Epping Ongar Railway)

    And here we are... North Weald Station on the Epping Ongar Railway (). This was part of London Underground's Central Line until it was closed in 1994. It's now reopened as a heritage steam railway, and today they're holding a London Transport themed event.

    London Transport pannier tank L92 steams through North Weald Station with a short goods train. These locos were used by LT on engineering trains up to 1971, 3 years after the end of steam on British Rail.
