They made an announcement about having the digital soundtrack releasing this month on there twitter. They already released a vinyl version of the soundtrack by limited run and or is in select stores (i checked and it was on best buys website somehow)

There planning to release the digital soundtrack this month possibly. And hopefully on google play and itunes. As for your STEAM question, the game is on the epic games store. Idk if it will come onto steam. Maybe in the future but idk.
