    This was our poster presented at CRT 2022, It illustrates the challenges that we are facing in the Charleston Area when it comes to IVDU drug use and the infections that come from them. We need a plan to address these issues and not hope that they will just go away.

    Today 30 houseless and homed neighbors fanned out across Charleston's East End to help clean up the neighborhood. It was SOAR's 2nd monthly syringe/litter clean up of 2022. Also distributed 162 naloxone doses. More beautiful organizing by .
