The colours are slightly softer than EDG32 and NYKRA's Palette, but they come together super well

just compared the two and I love all the extra colours/tweaks to current colours. Might end up adding in the darkest green again bc I use a lot of green (and also add the turquoises I use) but aside from that it's really lovely! good job! :D

I've considered Aseprite a lot. is it worth the cost? what other tools have you used and how does it compare?

I've used Photoshop, PyxelEdit, and Graphicsgale. Aseprite is fantastic for palettes, and just getting sprites done. It's quite, easy, and clean to use :)

I know this is a pretty old post of yours, but after battling for weeks with different color palettes and trying to make my own, I think I'll just use this one hahaha, thanks man. Your creativity years ago keeps on givin :)
