The person who copyright striked my channel has followed up via e-mail. He's extorting me for €200 to remove the strike @TeamYouTube I've used 25 seconds of music in the outro of a 5 minute video. Is this something I can dispute somehow? Please help

Fair use is with regards to transformational, parody or commentary that utilises copyright protected material. If, as you describe, you used the music as an outro theme then your useage does not fall under fair use. Instead the track rights should be purchased from the owner.

Except you can sample music that is under 30 seconds long so...it is fair use.
