Here's something I don't understand abt the Stefan Halper meeting/request. Is Nunes asking for EVERY doc in FBI's files on Halper? Every one? Or just on RU investigation?

That's what I've thought, but on prior Nunes docs the scope was actually smaller than reported and/or plain language of subpoena.

I can't recall another subpoena where they've quoted it verbatim and the scope turned out to be much narrower. Though I agree it's hard to tell from just the subpoena. Nunes may have subpoenaed broadly as a negotiating tool. Or it's an effort to locate links to Steele.
