If Trump had 1) done the least bit of vetting 2) cared even half as much abt RU spies as he does abt FBI informants 3) not hired so many assets, the FBI wouldn't have had so much they had to check out.
What does CI mean in this context?

Unclear what power you think the FBI has or should have to “stop” a candidate. Also the candidate wasn’t a target at the time, maybe a subject at best?
He & campaign were neither...CI was there to gather info so FBI could determine if Russia had infiltrated the campaign...this was done to PROTECT the campaign...not harm it

FISA 1 Surveillance warrants on Carter Page is massive encompassing on ALL electronics on Page and 2 (if not 3 hops). You would easily have the entire campaign and probably a lot of Congress.
