47 minutes into call with Verizon trying to add my mom to my account. One highlight so far: being told that the PIN already used 3X on this call tonight is expired. From overuse, I guess.

1:23 now. Mom's still not on my account and now I have no pin, bc Verizon's idea of security is to cancel it when they overuse it.

Text message: This confirms your PIN was changed. If you didn't request this change call us by dialing 611 from your VZW phone. Which means they've changed my pin without authorization. Precisely the opposite of secure.

Also, 1 hour 59 minutes. I fell just short of 2 hours on the phone to achieve nothing when I should be visiting my family. "Friends and Family plan"

The silver lining is that anybody trying to port your phone to get past 2 step verification on your bank accounts would of given up a long, long time ago. Verizon’s incompetence is working to keep you safe!

#FUCKVerizon - i broke up w’ them a couple months ago...they suck. harassment texts & calls over VERY small $$$ & “customer service” is a misnomer for “mindless robots.” Switched to@ATT got a better plan for 30% less$$ - NO MONTHLY HARRASMENT#JoyThanks.
