Off my 3 hour plane ride: Have Republicans come up with a list of acceptable methods to investigate spies yet? Maybe Hallmark cards inviting them to come clean? Is that also "surveillance"? "Spying"? Would such Hallmark invites to confess "interfere" w/campaign?
