One thing at issue is whether Agents ever told Hutchins what the interview as about (Kronos or WannaCry, I think). ARrest warrant didn't say what the crime was.

BTW, agents are taught at the academy to record the time a custodial interrogations or interview starts and ends. Not so with non-custodial. She must have been asleep during class.

The other thing that's nutty is she worked in Admin role for 3 years before moving into Cyber. Which you would think would make her MORE attentive to writing down time.
