More urgently, if they win they could undermine the effort to set up conspiracy structures to lay out the "collusion" between Trump people and Russia, both on the trolling (which names 3 campaign officials) and other activities.

Yup, but they'll say that no one knew trolling was a contribution.

Well, we'll see how it turns out...but that trolling was paid for by some foreign nationals and the intent was to impact a US election -- unlike, you know, giving a bad review on weak IPA. The FECA is pretty broad when it comes to foreign involvement.
