But I still see zero material difference between 79 days, 8 weeks or 12 weeks. Your argument is unpersuasive. But neither you or I have the final say. And Trump would be foolish not to claim/threaten privilege. What does he have to lose?

@emptywheel was making. It had nothing to do with the error@wrdcsc made. As I understood it, the question was: why would exec. privilege extend, in any way, to a person who has not yet had exec. authority?
