So Trump appears to have blackmailed Schneiderman bc he was pursuing an investigation into Trump U.
Now consider: Trump suggested Comey he could keep his job (and McCabe could keep his) if he dropped investigation into Flynn.

Been following this story, so far the blackmail is suspected but only evidence is circumstantial? (ie we know Cohen/Trump knew about Schneiderman in 2013, and Trump U lawsuit was settled after election for only $25 million). Not expressing doubt, checking what's out in open.

Been wondering if there's something in Cohen's emails that would suggest applying pressure to Schneiderman if that might result in the lawsuit settlement being overturned. I know that's not most pressing issue, but curious.

Cohen wasn't careful. There's going to be a lot of stuff in email that is openly admitting things that shouldn't be in email. Putting a blackmail scheme in an email would not surprise me.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance's behavior has been all around suspicious in numerous cases. Weinstein and Trump. There are probably others.
