My working assumption is that such a motion would necessarily respond to Cohen's bid to keep him out of SDNY for the occasion. If that's incorrect, regret the error, but it would seem to be a safe working assumption that, if he wants in, he'll want to respond.

Lots of folks appear to be challenging the cognitive leap that I took that Avenatti might want to respond to Cohen's attempt to deny him PHV in his motion to appear PHV. (What I feel is a safe working assumption.) What's your take on that?
