In fact, the hack of an election vendor is the most credible possibility of a RU hack affecting votes, by holding up votes in Durham in NC. You know, Richard Burr's state?

Also, the report neglects to consider that DHS warning might have been more effective had Mitch McConnell not refused to join a stronger statement. As a first product from SSCI, it's not good.
