Avenatti is a lot of fun and seems to be helping his client well enough, but those SARs shouldn't be released any more than a FISA tap should be leaked.

Is there a provision or law prohibiting the release? Or are there good reasons to not release like FISA info?
Good reasons: They're supposed to be kept secret. Unlike FISA, it doesn't require a significant finding of probable cause. Lots of innocent stuff reflected in SARs.
