I don’t think so either - particularly notion that he pitched them in the way claimed. If he did that, he would’ve had many misses and word would’ve leaked out long ago.

i assume Novartis was engaging in basic pay-for-play, probably nothing illegal. Quite possibly Vekselberg was as well.
