That she appeared on them? The 2 Nashiri tapes were taped over ona day to day basis. So it would have been a trivial thing to make sure the final 2 recordings didn't include her. The question is whether she was taped.

yeah, I have linked to the FOIA document and said that it probably refers to her but that some of its specific statements probablly aren't accurate

no I think the document refers to her but could be wrong about her appearing on the tapes at all.

A good follow up would have been whether her voice can be heard, in addition to whether she visibly “appears”
