Haspel: Tapes were recordings of only 1 detainee. Meaning Haspel turned off the tapes when she oversaw torture of al-Nashiri.

Zubaydah. Public record had said that 2 tapes included Nashiri (they taped over on a day to day basis). If her statement is correct, they DIDN'T tape her.
