I had a cat who used to go into the refrigerator at night, regularly. I taped him. It took 2 hours for him to get into the refrigerator, but he got in. I had to use duct tape to secure "the magical place where they put all the delicious chicken".

It was two of them that were in on it, but the older male cat would crack the seal on the door and then they'd both go in. Both shelter pets. And did they ever love their forever home.
